Co founder, Alex leads as a Production Manager & Lighting Specialist at Co:Lab Creative.


Alex’s career in the theatre and live event production industry began in 2013 working his first professional show, before working on The Park main stage, Glastonbury Festival, in 2014 as a Lighting Technician. From there, his experience, skills & passion for the creative arts has grown. 


Alex has worked on a broad spectrum of events; from festivals to theatre productions, from corporate dinners to awards. Some stand out events include: Lighting Designer for Welsh Sports Personality of the Year award 2019, Assistant Lighting Designer for TPi awards 2019, Operator & Programmer for BBC introducing, Glastonbury 2019, Operator & Programmer for CarFest North and South 2019 & Production Electrician for Paddington on Ice, Hyde Park, 2019/2020.


Alex thoroughly enjoyed completing his BSc (Hons) in Lighting Design & Technology at University of South Wales.


Co founder, Dave leads as a Production Manager & Sound Specialist at Co:Lab Creative. 


Dave has several years experience as a sound engineer & has had the pleasure of working on a wide variety of performances, from function bands to the West Holts Stage at Glastonbury Festival, touring with The Stranglers & designing & operating sound for various theatrical productions.


For the past four years until October 2019, Dave held the role of Technical Manager at The McMillan Theatre in Bridgwater, a state-of-the-art flexible performance space which was a brand-new build when he started this job in 2015. 


Dave also plays the keyboard in The Haus Band, a busy function band, alongside facilitating their sound reinforcement. He is currently training to be a fully qualified electrician to enable him to further his career in designing and implementing systems for permanent installation.


Co founder, Natalia leads as a Production Manager & Design Specialist at Co:Lab Creative.


Natalia has worked as an arts consultant, facilitator & teacher over a number of years. Her experience across multiple genres of the arts allows her to deliver the highest calibre of training at Re:ACT - which she founded at the age of 17. Her time as Somerset Fringe Director for two successful, consecutive years has given her invaluable insight into the current theatrical climate & how to thrive in the performing arts industry. 


Natalia enjoyed completing her degree - BA (Hons) Theatre & Performance, Business (Marketing and Finance, Organisation & People) & Advanced Creative Writing and intends to complete an MA in Arts Management in 2021.


Natalia is also developing brand new British musicals with composer, Stuart Brayson. Natalia has worked with, produced & directed the likes of: Tileyard Recording Studios, Theatre Royal Plymouth, Bluestone National Park, Cloud Theatre, Christina Bianco, Opera for All, BBC (Bristol and Wales), Welsh National Opera, Ria Jones and Bristol Old Vic.
